CHIKOO KULFI


 

INGRIDIENTS FOR KULFI:

-CHIKOO- 4 MEDIUM SIZE

-MILK-1 LTR

-SUGAR-1/4 CUP

-CASHEWS- 10-12

-VANILLA ESSENCE(OPTIONAL)-1/2 TEASPOON


INSTRUCTION:

Take milk in non-stick pan,start heating the milk,when the milk start boiling,reduce the flame and cook constantly at regular intervals.it takes 30-45 minutes for milk to thicken up.Add sugar in milk and allow it to cool.

cut cashews into fine pieces.peel and remove seeds from chikoo,now cut chikoo into small piece and put them in a mixture jar make a smooth paste.

In a mixing bowl add vanilla essence,chikoo paste,thickened milk,chopped cashews and some chopped chikoo,now mix all ingridients well.Now add this mixture in a ice-cream mould and place it in a freezer.now the kulfi is ready to enjoy.
